Once we receive payment, your order will be dispatched the next business day.

We use both Australia Post and various courier companies to deliver your order (depending on location and package size).

Express Delivery 

Express delivery is available on most items. Quote is usually available from the shopping cart page at checkout. Some of our larger items can not be sent via express post. Expected delivery time for this option is 1-2 business days within Australia.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is calculated by weight and destination

Australia Post quotes 2-7 business days to deliver with standard postage (Depending on location).

Click and Collect

You can collect your order free from our store at 14 Zal Street, Melton VIC 3337, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Choose click and collect at checkout and we will let you know when it is ready.

Aerosols, Paints and Dangerous Goods

Aerosols can be posted for a flat $22. Tins of paint and thinners are flammable liquids, so they are click and collect only from 14 Zal Street, Melton. Everything else is posted as normal. If an item in your order cannot be sent to you, we will contact you before dispatch.

Missing Items 

If you suspect that your item is lost in transit, you must notify us in a detailed email as soon as possible in order for us to track the item or to lodge a report for the loss. 

Compensation and replacement are made on case to case basis.
