What if I can't find my paint products in Melton Paints Store?

Not all products are available in Melton Paints Store however we are progressively adding more.

How do I make payment?

Melton Paints accepts credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. No details are stored by Melton Paints Store.

Will I get a tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse an email will be sent with your tracking number.

Can I pick up my order (click and collect)?

Pickup is available from our store location in 14 Zal Street, Melton VIC 3337, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Choose click and collect (or add a note at checkout) and we will let you know when your order is ready.

Where do the products come from?

We hand pick the best products in each category from well known market leaders. Products are shipped to the Melton Paints warehouse for dispatching Australia wide. We are continuing to expand our product range. We also invite other product suppliers to contact us regarding distribution of their products.

Am I able to return a product?

Yes, if for any reason the product is defective or an item is eligible for a fitment guarantee. Post the product back to the Melton Paints (the address is on your receipt) and you will receive a 100% refund. The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.

Are my personal details secure?

Definitely. When you register with Melton Paints for free, we do not share any of your details with a third party. That includes the credit card processor which processes your payment as they do not keep a copy of your details.

Who is Melton Paints?

Melton Paints is a Melbourne based family-owned automotive & industrial paint supplier in Melton, we service the following areas – Footscray, West Footscray, Brooklyn, Yarraville, Sunshine, Derrimut, Truganina, Laverton, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook,  Melton, Bacchus Marsh and also Sunbury, Gisborne, Woodend, Kyneton. Melton Paints boast friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, we have 2 highly trainned Sales Representatives that are more than happy to come to you at any time Monday - Friday.

Can you post aerosols and paint?

Yes, aerosols can be posted for a flat $22. Tins of paint and thinners are click and collect only from 14 Zal Street, Melton. Everything else is posted as normal. Click and collect from our Melton store is always available.

Can you mix paint to my car's paint code?

Yes. See our paint colour matching page, or browse our paint code aerosols.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. We offer trade accounts and accept Capricorn. See Capricorn and trade accounts.
